Your membership is helping to build this great club and region and it means you're part of something special – the Cowboys family.
Your experience as a Cowboys member is extremely important to us and we're committed to continuous improvement in our service and membership program.
For season 2018, we're introducing some changes that we believe will enhance the value of your membership and our membership program overall, including a full-season first release for renewals.
2017 full season members have now received their renewal notices by email and have access to renew online using their member login details provided. This first release is enabling us to focus on servicing our full season members and upgrade requests.
2017 supporter (non-ticketed) members (Super Star, Rising Star, Baby Star) will receive their renewal notices by email in early November and will have access to renew online using their member login details provided.
2017 multi-game and single-game members will receive information on their renewal by email in the coming months – these members have the option to upgrade to full season membership now.
Please note: Members without an email address in their record will be called by the membership team after their renewal window opens, or alternatively can call 1300 462 692 (option 1) to discuss. No printed renewal forms will be sent, unless requested.

Printed form (available on request): Return your completed renewal form in person or by mail, email or fax.

• Cowboys HQ Christmas closure: From 5pm, Wednesday 20 December, reopening 8.15am, Monday 8 January
Pricing: Membership premiums have increased for 2018 in line with increased servicing and operating costs. We are pleased to advise that full season members will continue to receive three games free, with additional exclusive items built into your benefits and inclusions.
Transaction fees waived: Members opting for an instalment payment plan in 2018 will have the 1.95% transaction fee waived (ie no additional charges apply for choosing the instalment option).
Same seat/upgrade: Season members will have the first opportunity to renew their 2017 full season membership seat by paying their renewal invoice online. Members wishing to change their seat should submit a seat change request by emailing email@example.com. Full season renewals to retain your 2017 seat closed on 27 October – please contact the membership team as soon as possible if you still wish to renew and retain your 2017 seat.
Member's choice options: Members will have the option to choose from three membership inclusions (each valued at $30) in 2018: (1) Cowboys merchandise pack; (2) Cowboys Team Shop online voucher; (3) Cowboys Team Shop in-store voucher (in-store, game day or merch van). Please complete your member's choice selection before submitting your renewal.
Rollover plan changes: Please note that automatic membership rollover is not available for 2018 renewals due to a system change. For 2019, all memberships will be automatically opted in to the automatic rollover (now called 'Rolling Renewals'), rolling over your membership into the same package and seats as the previous season. (Rolling Renewals only available for memberships paid via credit card). All renewing members will need to complete a 2018 renewal form with credit card details re-submitted for their renewal to be processed.
Exclusive merchandise: We have a great range of exclusive members merchandise available in 2018, with three convenient ways to purchase: (1) Order with your online renewal; (2) Order with your printed renewal form; (3) Purchase separately through the Cowboys Team Shop, online or in-store.
