What is MyCowboys AccountManager?
How do I retrieve my MyCowboys password?
Go to the main log in page. From there click on "Forgot Your Password?" link and type in your email address. Upon submission, you will receive an email with your password.
What sort of information and benefits are displayed on my homepage?
The main homepage of MyCowboys AccountManager displays up to date information regarding your account such as any outstanding invoices, presale offers, your upcoming events, and many other features for you as a membership holder.
How do I update my personal profile?
Login to MyCowboys AccountManager and select "Your Account". From there, you'll be able to update your account information.
What is Membership Management?
Your Membership Management page allows you to view all of your up and coming events in a simplified calendar display. Depending on what is allowed by the venue, you may have a number of choices as to how you would like to manage your memberships.

How can I renew my invoice online?
If you have an invoice available for renewal, simply log in, you will see a snapshot of your invoices. Click on 'unpaid invoices' and select your invoice for renewal. Proceed into the renewal process.
How can I make a payment for an outstanding invoice?
If you are eligible to make a payment online, simply log in, and you will see a snapshot of your invoices. Select an invoice to make a payment and proceed into the payment process.
When will I receive my membership card and pack or merchandise voucher?
All members will receive their membership cards at the same time as your membership pack - within 4 weeks of your payment being processed. Packs and cards will start being dispatched from 27 October 2018, please allow from 4 weeks after this date. Your membership card and pack or voucher is shipped to you directly from our manufacturer.
When will I get my Cowboys Leagues Club membership card?
As part of your Cowboys football team membership, you receive a complimentary membership to the Cowboys Leagues Club* valued at $11. Your Cowboys Leagues Club membership card will be posted to you within 1 month of payment from October 2018.
*Full date of birth must be provided as a member must be over 18. Membership cannot be transferred to another person or listed in a company name or family name. Only one membership per name can be supplied.
What are the terms and conditions for the merchandise voucher?
You can elect to receive either an online or in-person Team Shop merchandise voucher. The online voucher can only be redeemed online at www.cowboysteamshop.com.au by entering your unqiue voucher code into the ‘promo code’ section on the check-out page. The voucher must be used in one transaction and no change will be given. The in-person voucher can only be redeemed at the Cowboys Team Shop located at the Cowboys Leagues Club, at the merchandise stands/van on game days. Only one voucher can be used per transaction. The voucher is not valid for use on sale items. The voucher must be used in one transaction, no change will be given. 2019 vouchers are valid until 31/08/2019.
How do I get a season car park?
2019 SEASON: Communication has been sent to our 2019 members to renew their car park pass for the 2019 season the deadline for renewal your car park is Friday 14th December. After the renewal deadline, all new full season members will be advised when car parks will be available to purchase approximately mid-february.
The cost for 2019 full season car parking at 1300SMILES Stadium is $100 per pass.
Priority access for 'best-equivalent' seat for 2020
2019 full season members will receive the first opportunity to secure their best-equivalent seat in the bay for that membership category in the new stadium. Current members will receive the option to upgrade seats or add additional seats before non-members.
'Best-equivalent' seat explained
'Best-equivalent' means that, allowing for differences in seating configuration of corporate and consumer areas, bay and aisle locations, row length and bay seating capacities at the new stadium, we will offer 2019 full season members a seat in the new stadium that is as near as practicable to the same field position that they have now (which may be different to their current seating position), and with the people who are currently included in their membership account. If members don’t want the seat that is offered, they will have the opportunity to select from other available seats in a bay corresponding to their membership category. A $50 deposit will be required to secure a seat (whether offered by the membership team or chosen by a member from other available seats). The final location of a member’s seat for 2020 will be based on personal communication with them from the membership team.

How do I order exclusive members merchandise?

The member-only merchandise range (member polo, kids t-shirt, sports towel and picnic rug) can be purchased at the time of your membership purchase/renewal and is available through the Cowboys Team Shop. How do I choose my seats?
New 2019 members are able to select their seat online from our interactive seating map. Further information will be communicated once your membership has been processed.
Can I change my seat during the season?
Once your seating allocation has been made for the 2019 season, unfortunately no changes to seating are available until the 2020 season.
How do I manage the type of emails I receive from the Cowboys?
When a person first joins as a member they will automatically be subscribed to receive the following types of emails from the Cowboys a) club updates and offers, b) sponsor and partner offers c) NRL ticketing offers. Members can unsubscribe or change their preferences for the types of emails they receive by following the link to the preference center at the bottom of any Cowboys email.
How do I stay up to date with all the important membership information and news?
Email is the primary method of communicating to our members. As such it is vital that you provide us with an email address so that you receive our weekly Member Update which provides key membership information such as deadlines, competitions, offers, and game information. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee access to NRL ticket buying windows if we do not have your email address. You can update or add your email address at any time using your individual login details online, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 1300 GO COWBOYS (1300 462 692).

If I am requiring a student or other pension concession do I have to provide proof?
Yes – Concession memberships are available to any persons holding a current government-issued Pensioner Concession Card, Full-time Student card, Service Pension, TPI and Companion Cards. New members must provide proof of this upon application.
